Q. Where are you located?
A. We are in the Village Plaza. The Plaza is located at 1901 West Bay Drive, between 14th and 20th Streets.

Q. Is this item allowed to be sent?
A. The short answer would be maybe. Several factors, such as where it is going and by which carrier, can change the answer to a definate yes or no. Give us a call - we'll take this question on an individual basis!

Q.Which carriers do you offer?
A.We can ship your package utilizing UPS, DHL, FedEx or the US Postal Service. If your item is too large for those, we also offer Freight Services.

Q.Do you ship internationally?
A.Yes!

Q. Are you a Bill Pay Station?
A. At this time, we only accept Progress Energy payments. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash or Check only.

Q. What adorable children, are they .....?
A. Thank you! They are adorable! Yes, they are Chris' son and daughter, but no, they are not Mel's grandchildren.
